No surprisingly high shipping rates during check out, just plain and simple free curbside delivery on select brands and all orders over $349! Brands and items that qualify for free shipping are designated by a free shipping icon on the product page.
Curbside Delivery (FREE for select brands and all orders over $349): The truck will park in front of your home. From there you will be responsible for receiving the item and bringing it inside. For large items, more than one person may be required to move the product within the home. The driver is not responsible for assembly or package removal.

What about sales taxes? One of the best things when buying from Factory Living Rooms is that we don't charge sales tax outside of Florida, with a notable exception: Factory Living Rooms is not responsible for individual states' sales tax reporting laws pertaining to online purchases, so we encourage you to check your state's regulations before you shop. If it is deemed that you owe sales tax in your state on a purchase you make from us outside of Florida, you should be responisble to pay the appropriate taxes yourself.
