Here are a few things other people have been asking.
Orders usually leave the warehouse within two business days and, depending on which part of the country you live in, you will receive your products between 4-14 business days after placing it.
Packages are palletized and prepared at the warehouse, put on trucks, then sent out to your door. We use common carriers to provide freight services. Small orders or replacement parts, if the package is small enough, ship via UPS.
Absolutely, someone needs to be there to sign for the package - no exceptions.
This is a very rare occurrence, however it is not unheard of. The issue is usually either due to an organizational error on the part of the freight company or inaccurate information that was entered during the time of the order (i.e. and incorrect address was entered). Should this occur, contact the freight company to begin the process of locating the shipment. There will be an unavoidable delay before you receive you shipment, However, issues are usually simple to overcome. We require a reasonable amount of time to be allocated to tracking your package, about one week, before we re-ship the order. Make sure to triple check your address and phone number before placing your order to avoid these types of delays!

This will depend on the shipping method you selected during checkout: Curbside Delivery: The truck will park in front of your home. From there you will be responsible for receiving the item and bringing it inside. For large item more than one person may be required to move the product within the home. The driver is not responsible for assembly or package removal.
Entry-way Service: Your item will be brought within the entrance of your home with this service. The driver is not responsible for assembly or package removal.
Room of Choice Service: This is the highest upgrade offered. A two-man team will bring your item into your home and place it in a room of choice. Assembly will include 15 minutes of general set up and positioning. The shipper will also remove the item from its packaging and be responsible for disposal of waste.
YOU MUST INSPECT ALL BOXES and items delivered for damage before signing the bill of ladings from the freight company. If you do notice signs of mishandling call us. We may need you to send pictures or refuse the order all-together. If you sign for the delivered packages you are endorsing that they arrived in good condition, this will make it difficult to file a damage claim with the freight companies. Therefore, this step is extremely important.
After the driver has unloaded all of the boxes, be sure to thoroughly inspect each one. If you notice any damage on the outside of the box make sure to note it on the delivery receipts as "Subject to Inspection". This is extremely important since it is hard to file a freight claim for damage if the package was signed as being in good condition upon delivery. One of the best things to do is to call us while the driver is present , you may need to refuse the order or send us images.
Send us a digital image of the damaged products, this will help us determine the quickest and best way to assist you.
Search all boxes and bags before contacting us about missing parts. These places are usually where the hardware and instructions are usually kept and they are easy to overlook.
